How to enrol more Students from The Philippines

Austrade and IDP have arranged a Study in Australia 2009 Mission to The Philippines. The activity is built around an all-Australia Education Exhibition organised by IDP in Manila on 12th to 14th November.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Australia Philippines Incorporated is also holding an Evening Seminar to coincide with these Events.

Remember this may be considered towards Export Market Development Grants (EMDG) which reimburses up to 50 per cent of expenses above a $10,000 threshold over two years on eligible export marketing expenses.

There are currently over 580,000 International Students enrolled in the 3,000+ Australian Government approved Education Institutions. Through programs like Ausaid, there are also Scholarships available. may I ask.. Is this like a scholarship program, where a filipino student will be assisted in terms of finances.. or just assistance in processing, of migration or whatever. Hope to hear some scholarship programs from you people, cause there are a lot of students here in philippines that wants to have a decent education but being deprived due to economic difficulties.
